By placing an order, you confirm that You have read, understood and accepted these following policies.
Pets Tee Store is a print on demand business, all products are unique and produced per order. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If a customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. The customer will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address.
Returned by Customer:
Customers should contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered at our discretion.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team via sales@Petsteestore.com for more information. Please be informed that you have to pay the return shipping fee.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that all sales items are not eligible for a refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your original method of payment again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time (2-5 business days) before a refund is posted.

You can only cancel your order within an hour from the purchasing time of the same day. Please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (30% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.
A Full refund only applies to swapping orders. Once you place new orders, our system will automatically cancel old orders and refund 100%.
Exchanges (if applicable)
