There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender but most often it is due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs or refused/returned by your end customer. You will receive notice once the order arrives back to our facility. We would advise contacting us to determine how you would like to proceed and contact us with an updated address if you wish to have the product reshipped. New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed at customs, returned by your customer, or had an incorrect address originally provided.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Some Products are packaged and shipped separately. We cannot guarantee delivery dates and to the extent permitted by law accept no responsibility, apart from advising you of any known delay, for Products that are delivered after the estimated delivery date. Average time for delivery may be shown on the Site. It is only an average estimation, and some delivery can take longer, or alternatively be delivered much faster. All delivery estimates given at the time of placing and confirming order can be subject to change. In any case, we will do our best to contact you and advise you of all changes. We try our best to make Product delivery as simple as possible.
You won't be able to select the Express shipping option. You need to contact us to enable it separately because we are offering free flat shipping worldwide. Furthermore, for shipments to Europe if you haven't added a contact phone number during checkout. It's a requirement to add your customer's number so the carrier can get in touch with them to arrange the delivery.
Because of the variety of products we fulfill, we package each item based on dimension requirements to ensure protection during shipment. Generally, posters are shipped in kraft tube boxes with plastic end caps. Canvases are usually shipped in corrugated boxes, ranging in dimensions of 12x18x2 to 28x38x6. Frames are first wrapped in tissue paper to protect them from scratches and are then wrapped in a layer of adhesive bubble wrap. Finally, they are wrapped in a thicker, more durable bubble wrap that will add extra protection during shipment.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming with your shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double check that your address before finalizing your order.
Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered, if you haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.

Product mockups are digital renderings of files, and are not guarantees of final products.
Petsteestore's print provider partners are not all the same. They may use different printer technology and printing methods. Even if they are printing on the same garments and using the same printer technology, each print provider will have performed their own unique tests to achieve their desired color output.
This means that the same mockup printed by different providers will create different final products.
Some tshirts printed via DTG methods may have slight odours due to the pretreatment and curing process that tshirts go through in production. This is totally normal and will disappear after a wash.
If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to firstname.lastname@example.org, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

Print-on-demand (or POD) is an order fulfillment method where items are printed as soon as an order is made, often without order minimums.
From the time your order is placed and the date when you or your customer receives it, there are two processes to consider.
Fulfillment: Standard fulfillment time is 2-7 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled and left our building you will receive a notification with shipping information if applicable. Depending on the circumstances and inventory levels, it may take longer than usual. Don’t worry, All of the big LA wholesale factories are practically in our backyard. This means it’s super easy to keep stocked and minimizes wait time for you and your customers!
